Customization and Installation: Absolutely! We offer comprehensive customization services. You can choose the size, color, and shape of the shade sail to perfectly match your outdoor space and personal style, all within a 2-3 business day lead time. Measure the area you wish to shade and pick a sail at least 1-2 feet larger than that area. Identify 4 mounting points, leaving 0.5-1 foot between each sail corner and its mount to ensure the sail is stretched taut and flat. Install pad eyes at the mounting points, connect each corner's D-Ring to these points using ropes or turnbuckles (not too tightly at first), and then incrementally increase tension to achieve a flat, tight sail surface.

Hardware and Warranty: Our shade sails come with D-rings for straightforward installation. Additional hardware is not included and can be purchased separately if required. We recommend our specially designed hardware kit for optimal and efficient installation. Our sun shade sails come with a 3-year limited warranty under normal weather and usage.
