Waterproof and UV-Blocking Performance Our Waterproof Sun Shade Sails feature a fabric treated with a waterproof coating, effectively blocking both rain and harmful UV rays. To prevent water pooling during installation, you'll need to tilt the shade sail in a low-to-high position.

These sails block up to 98% of harmful UV, significantly reducing the temperature and UV exposure in the shaded area, making them ideal for patios, swimming pools, balconies, carports, and more. The breathable fabric allows water and air to flow freely, ensuring no pooling on rainy days. These sails are resistant to both UV and water, requiring no maintenance.

Effortless Measuring and Installation To measure your shade sail, simply take the measurements from corner to corner, estimating the area you want to cover. Locate the four mounting points, which can be roofs, trees, poles, or walls, and take measurements, leaving 0.5 to 1 foot of space for the hardware kits between the shade sail and the mounting points.

Install the hardware kits on the four mounting points, ensuring they are positioned in a high-low arrangement to allow water runoff and prevent pooling. If the space between the shade sail and hardware kits exceeds 1 foot, use cable wires as extensions to connect the sail to the hardware. Attach the D-rings to the hardware kits or cable wires, then adjust the turnbuckles to create the desired tension, maintaining the high-low positioning.

Tailored for the Perfect Fit The edges of our shade sails are slightly curved, based on precise calculations, to help the sail stay tight and neat after installation, preventing sagging in the middle for optimal appearance and performance. If you prefer straight edges, simply let us know.

All edges are reinforced with heavy-duty, double-layered stitched seams to prevent fraying and maintain the shape. The rust-free stainless steel D-rings, attached to each corner, are larger and stronger, with extra stitched seams for maximum strength.
